In this presentation the Communication Assessment Framework is discussed. The Communication Assessment Framework is a descriptive evaluation instrument designed for clients with a sensory impairment and additional disabilities. The Communication Assessment Framework is one of the communication assessment tools within the RIDBC Modified and Accessible Communication Assessment Protocol. It was developed by Speech Pathologists at RIDBC Alice Betteridge School.

- Considerations for assessment and the inclusion of visuals
- How to complete the Communication Assessment Framework
- Practical example and video footage of assessment using the Communication Assessment Framework.
